Jimmy Nicol only stood in for Ringo. As Jimmy himself said, "No one
could replace Ringo."
....and the fact that RS was stood in for goes with my long standing
assertion that Drummer boys weren't important in the early 60s. Had JL had
his tonsils out, they'd have cancelled the tour/dates.
