Will do, but the idea is to beat out a un ambiguos FAQ, that clearly states 
how it is to be done, distribute as widely as possible, and when people ask, 
point them to it, one standard document. With no FTSC at present, we need to 
somehow inform the "ignorant" of their non-compliance.

We get enough folks using it, we solve a lot of problems. :-)
