Correct... This is kind of a lesser form of what I'm
suggesting above. It may be that some disciplines require
skills or cognitive abilities which aren't present, but
other cognitive abilities are. Something which comes to
mind is mental manipulation of objects (spatial skill);
some kids seem to have this ability naturally, others do
not. Can it be developed? I can't say for sure......
