oops... that should be 2547:xxx/yyy up there...

because i have an address in 2547: ... i guess this would be called AKA
matching in PKT headers... yes, it is possible that i want to talk zone 1
to zone 2547 and in that case, it would be appropraite... it depends on the
situation...

there are some systems that send with their primary AKA all the time which
is not really how it's supposed to work. but i guess that part is a
political thing... 'specially considering gating...
