Does the cdrom work as a cdrom in OS/2 and just not in VPC?  If not then 
Dani's documentation with her drivers express the options much better 
than I can.  If it does work then I am not sure, I haven't had any 
problem with vpc and rsj coexisting but I am using 4.05 as I don't have 
a dvd writer.  Even if it is working in OS/2 you might try one of the 
other methods to see if it helps.
