Can someone please tell us why we would buy Delphi 2 or 3, given that C++
Builder can apparently handle Delphi ?  There must be a limit to C++B's
Delphi abilities, or there would be no reason to buy Delphi.  Where do those
Delphi abilities end ?  Can we do full Delphi development in C++B as we now
do it in the Delphi IDE ?
