300 lbs on a 6'[+] build?  You sound like the small-town southern
sheriff portrayed in "My Cousin Vinnie".  I mean no offense, but isn't
all of that weight a detriment?  No agility...always the risk of a heart
attack...[as mentioned] a very convenient target.
