As you saw from the post from Andrew, Binkley 2.60 is meant to
be being released any day now.  My intention is to graft the
Binkley mods that I have made onto Binkley 2.60, to create a
new BTPE.  The conversion could take some months to do though
(not because the changes I made were difficult, more the time
available).  Also I will be releasing a new BTPE this weekend
(I had been holding off waiting for Kieran's go-ahead on MSGED).
