This is a normal connect to David for me (always 31200/33600,
2 Blers, and bloody horrible far echo loss.)

Your connection stats are almost Identical to mine bar the 1 msec
round trip delay and maybe the far echo loss.
If I could fix this then It would be 33600/33600 all the time.
