Well Phil the average person is the one who normally doesn't create 
enough waves/noise for the trendy polies in canberra to worry about.  
They seem to listen to those that shout loudest. ie  look at the back 
flip by Paul and his group re wood chipping, but it took a lot of noise 
by the mill workers, (not that I think our forests should be clear 
felled) and I hear Paul was so displeased at having to walk past/thru 
the protesters that now to protest at that big house in canberra one 
must be in a particular area only so the polies can go to work(?) 
without listening to the gripes of protesters.
