My Trap 008 were caused by my use of Crystal/Cirrus AW320 sound card.
Known problem and documented at Innotek forums.  Ya have to disable the
sound card, install the Innotek runtime, patch the win32 registry, then install
Acro 5.1.  All now working good here.    Thanks folks!
