Ok, $3,000 for the hassle of having to turn up at court, getting
a bad reputation so that I always get hassled by Telecom, any time
that ANYONE gets electrocuted, etc.

However, as a FAVOUR for *you*, I will drop the $3,000 extra requirement,
and a mere $12,000 will give you permission to supply me with a
