   This sounds like you are having networking issues.  If you see this =
it means that the HTML download was corrupted.  I see similar on other =
sites from time to time.  Refresh usually fixes it.  You can also try to =
empty the Temporary Internet Files folder from the Internet Options =
dialog and try again.
