yes. Thats one of the methods IBM is using to decrease the memory
requirements. There are NO debug functions in the kernel. No DosDebug. No
Trace functions. etc. The GA version of Personal OS/2 will contain 2
different kernels. The small one and a 'full' kernel.
Additional, there are the debug-kernels. These are kernels with special
debug code tracing to a com port. (called the Kernel Debugger).
