TTÃAh, I didn't realize that.  Hmmm, I could email you the 1995 version
  Ãof the MS Access Kb.  I'd have to find the original file first and it'd be
  Ãabout 2 or 3 Mb.
No thanks, I already have a later one, I'm sure.  I have access to the 
company subscription of the MicroSoft TechNet CDs which includes the 
KB.  Just never think of using it :-(  Besides, too expensive to 
receive attachments at international LD rates.  Thanks anyway.

Yes, Yes and Yes :-)  They are afraid that the citizens may see 
something "bad", "impure", or "anti-Islamic".  Oh well, someday maybe.  
China has opened it up with blocks to sites that they consider to be 
"bad".  I can assure you that the rich and powerful in this nation (and 
they *ARE THAT*) see another fortune to be made and will someday 
provide the path...
