When the Everglades, one of the planet's most critical ecosystems is
gone and that "one more nail in the coffin" is set (which could, for all
we know also be the perverbial first domino to be knocked over) what
good are your staples and sweets and whatever?  You keep dwelling on why
we shouldn't stop this.  Guaranteed, with this attitude, the day will
come that we can't stop it.  We are going to have to take some heavy
hits all around the world.  The days of wine and roses are over, it's
time turn around.  Please, for future generations, look at what is
happening.  We cannot do this painlessly.
I'm dismayed by these excuses to maintain the status quo.
