DJ> I could'nt resest that!! Heh-heh! From the around 1939 or so, clear up
DJ> into the 1977, there were lone ranger comics! You know, with a radio
DJ> show, the tie in to the hornet,an old tv series,a mvie that sadly
DJ> flopped, well, that film did to the ranger, what the supergirl film did
DJ> to her!It didnt go over well at all.Yeah, a double
DJ> mini series with both
DJ> characters, involving the same subject matter over
DJ> a hundred years apart
DJ> would be great.Of course if someone wanted to go the real comic book
DJ> route, all they need do, is bring in aliens & time
DJ> travel! Yes, I admit
DJ> it,I write amatur comix!
I read the top, and I am not certain about which point you are trying to get
over to me, but in the case that its the part of Teaming The Lone Ranger (or
Tonto) with The Green Hornet (or Kato), my suggestion would be to have is in
an equivalent to an ElseWorld story. Have an ElseWorld story of The Green
Hornet & Kato operating in the time of The Lone Ranger. Instead of a limo
called The Black Beauty, make it a black horse called The Black Beauty (I
don't know what Kato would ride), likewise have a story of The Lone Ranger
operating in 1935, instead of a Horse called Silver, let it be a Motorcylce
called Silver.
Only other suggestion is to have an imaginary story written by the retired
Silver Age Green Hornet, novelizing The Hornet & Kato going into time travel.
Or Have Green Hornet join a direct descendant of The Lone Ranger, who
decides to adopt the image of The Masked Man for a particular mission.
There are plenty of creative options to use!
