Its either generally done by other sysops, or by a savy user with either a
mailer, or one of the few terminal programs that will do that. Terminate is
one of the ones that will do that, do check with the system you would be
freqing from though, as some sysops don't like unlisted systems to be able to
get files from them (I personally don't care, but don't know if that stuff is
even working right now).
