There's something very weird going on then, because more than half of the
Ellcons at CHH were DOA straight out of the box, and those that did
actually work were bloody atrocious, and generally connected two whole 2400
bps steps slower at V.34 than any other brand.  They were so bad, that we
sent them all back to the distributor, and permanently dropped them from
stock.
