If you saved the file from Word as a Web Page then it should have =

able to open in IE just fine. If you save it as a "Single File Web =

then you are hitting a known restriction that the one of the =
components IE
uses to open such files has a non-Unicode path and can't open files =

names containing characters outside the system ANSI code page. If you =
