No, I'm not allowed to do that.  It's only 52k in size,
you should be able to download it in a reasonable tiem if
you call on Sunday.  Try writing down your name and phone
number and password in advance though, because most people
have a lot of trouble remembering these things when they
dial my BBS.  You can download that file on your first
call, and then you never need to call the BBS again, you
do it all through DD.  BFN.  Paul.
