Hallo Ted, KM>> the only "help" I can give is: get a prog that's running under W9x. TM> That, ofcourse, doesn't entirely solve the problem, since the mentioned TM> tool isn't the only program using the extender. Then replace them all. If they are using such a propriatary method to get their mem, they are already dead anyway. All those distortions you have to go through to give a DOS prog the needed mem are gone under W9x (or other 32bit UIs). If you then replace other heritage progs using obsolete EMS you have only XMS and a practically flat memory for all your apps. Does wonders for stability. TM> (Shit...
