     Funny Gary I have not seen any Price for an upgrade from /X2 to an ITU 
standard stated by USR... because there is not One! The $60.00 is for V34 to 
/X2 on Modems that can be Upgraded. BTW are you still Beta Testing for
Diamond/Supra? Do you have an Axe to grind?
