It's a problem with the mailing lists, one I'm working on right this
moment..  :-)   As it is now, the lists require a custom header
field (X-Comment-To:) but it's not something all mail readers can do.
The guys using the lists can't see who is writing what to whom, either. 
That one I fixed just today, but this To: ALL is a bugger needing to be
fixed fast. You're reading my mind.
