I don't have to "act like a reseller" - I have the appropriate business
credentials. However, I quote wholesale prices anyway because it's usually
possible to dig around and get pretty close to that price retail anyway.
When building a PC recently, it was cheaper to buy the RAM, hard disk and
video card from a retailer rather than a wholesaler anyway. (However, I'm
not 100% convinced the government received any money for that sale.)
