That is upgrade price for capable Sportsters (sold after 8/15/96), and 
Courier V.Everythings that did not take advantage of the offer to receive 
free X2 capability (all Courier V.Eveythings are capable of running as X2 
clients).
No price has been set for upgrade to whatever becomes the ITU V.PCM protocol 
as it is still quite a ways from reality.
