When I express what I gain from my experience it *IS* opinion. What else 
would you call it? If I was *always* conscious of my motives and results of 
my interactions with others I'd not need a 10th step... I'd be aware. And 
usually I find that I'm unaware that I'm unaware. Like throwing a rock in a 
pond... I'm aware of the initial splash, takes a good, honest look at myself 
(usually shared with someone else who knows me) before I see the resulting 
ripples. :)

Sounds like you are taking "credit" for the sharing that folks post here, and
