CN>Bought a new computer and transferred telemate over to it and all
CN>appears to be working fine except...... the stupid little song or
CN>bell that plays when connecting or finished a download.
CN>I am one of those people who does there dishes while d/ling so I
CN>would really like to get it back.
CN>Have a soundblaster pro installed. Where in the heck do I find the
CN>area to fix this??
in dos, in your telemate directory, type "TMINST" this will bring up
your installation options. it is the 6th item down on the list (Alarm
Song). Select it and then select your song! if this doesn't do it,
check inside of telemate under (OPTIONS,GENERAL) there is a section in
the lower right hand corner labeled sound. Make sure the box labeled
"Music" is checked and that the box labeled "Alarm Time" has a number
other than 0 in it. (5 is a good start).
