Yep, if you look on a map, there is a small portion of Kentucky that is
not contiguous with the rest of the state.  It is surrounded by the
Mississippi River on three sides (with Missouri across the river on all
three sides), and Tennessee to the South.

Like I said, Springfield, KY, is not located there, however.

There is also a small portion of the state which is NORTH of the Ohio
River, and never South of it.  That is to say, it is on the Indiana side
of the river.
