       Not enough of a difference for me to justify the cost. And all the Van 
Zandts that I've heard always have some hole in the frequency range that sets 
me off from them. I may have had the treble knocked out of my ears by loud 
cars and loud music my whole life, but I still can hear most of the frequency 
range audible to humans and there's a key part of my tone that's missing in 
every Van Zandt that I've heard on recording or actual guitars I've played.
       However, maybe that lack of treble response in my head is why I love 
my Tele so much. :)
