Here we go again, ZT is ZT is ZT. In school, in your
home, on a sports field or where ever. You either
enforce ALL the rules ALL the time, ZT, or you don't.

treated just like the a person facing his first? IOW,
past history should have nothing to do with the

When I protect my kids I don't do it by having them
arrested for assault when they get into a fight with
one another.
I look at the 'crime' committed and the history and age
of the kid and give them the punishment appropriate.
If my three year old gets mad and hits me he would get
put into a corner and after he calmed down he'd get a
nice stern talking to. If my nine year old did the
same thing she'd probably wind up getting a smack on
the tush and lose a LOT of her privileges for a LONG
time. Now do I have a ZT on hitting when angary? Yes.
But do I blindly enforce ONE rule for all? No.
