JDBP> But BC++OS2 *does* come with the complete PM reference from the OS/2

JDBP> Type WinCreateStdWindow into the IDE editor and press Ctrl-F1 ...
Not that one... I know it has the "reference" material, but I'm talking
about the 3 volume PM reference you can find on the DEVCON CD. The one
that talks about all of the controls in detail, and tells you how to
actually use them!

JDBP> Again, I'm partly with Krister here. Resource Workshop beats DLGEDIT

Yes, I agree, but I compared the RW for OS/2 to the RW for Windows to
show you one thing: RW for Windows=what they can do, RW for OS/2 what
they want to do.
JDBP> Then again, it's nice to think that it could be even better. (-:
JDBP> And, before you ask, I have crashed it.
Actually, knock on silicon, I haven't had that many problems, at least
not for a while now!
JDBP> Borland's tools are eminently crashable. I

Ya, my favorite was null-pointer assignments...
JDBP> Thankfully, OS/2 can handle misbehaving development tools ... (-:
Finally!! That's one of the MAJOR reasons I use OS/2. I used to
use BORLAND C++ FOR DOS's IDE in Windows, just so I could close it using
CTRL-ALT-DEL to close it down. When I started to run OS/2, I learned
that it A) ran faster, and B) closed down easier...

JDBP> You may jest, but on a large compile it's a godsend in the

I wasn't jesting, see the (+) off to the right? That stands for a
"plus".
