longer have a place in Society. Adn it is a difficult and difficult
prociedure required for the cUltimate Punishment. Although rembember it
is also the Ultimate Deturant. Here over 80 Percent of the Criminals
Repeat theri Crime. And I can state as Absouly FACT that NO convicted
and Executed Murderer has ever Hurt anyone again. 
That is worth a Great Deal in a "Civilized" society. 
Particualrly when so called Rehabilitation has been a total and Dismal
FAILURE.
