Argus does not do QWK mail. You need to have qmail (I believe) dial
your uplink or downlink, to send the qwk packets and upload them to
that board.  Argus cannot do that.  Argus is strictly a 32 bit front
end.  It will let POTS and Telent calls be made both in and out, but
it will only transfer FTN mail, and only binkley style
