Not just Lord 4.07 but _any_ version of lord. Actually, any program written in Borland Pascal or Turbo Pascal would have the same anomoly. Strings in Pascal have a max length of 255 characters. And when you do a readln(tf,s); (which s being defined as var s:String), it will only read the first 255 characters of the line and then move on to the next line. --- SBBSecho 2.10-Win32* Origin: mount_z.synchro.net - Home of Lord/* (1:275/112) SEEN-BY: 633/267 270 5030/786 @PATH: 275/112 311 106/1 2000 633/267 |
