       But you said that you almost couldn't hear it, though. Is this in 
comparison to what a 30 watter should sound like, or you could barely hear 
it? I find it odd that the tone stack would add so much resistance to the 
signal even when bypassed...

       Only 15v? Are you talking about the heaters? That doesn't sound high
