Hi Rod,
Damned interesting that USR's V.34+ is essentially the same as the offering
from those other manufacturers who are producing 33k6bps modems, especially
as they apparently interconnect with each other just fine.

Please don't tell that to AT&T, Penril, Motorola, Zypcom, Multitech,
and Maxtech.... they _ALL_ market V.34+ devices (perhaps under different
names), and USRs interwork quite well with them.
