I may not be the moderator, but I don't think this echo really receives
enough messages to require splitting it up.  Since the title is
OS2PROGramming, we are considerate of other languages here.  I don't
think there would be enough messages in the new echos to constitute the
change, but I'm just a simple user, who writes alot... Too much
probably, but hey!
