hummm... it indicates that the file is new since the last time it was
seen... it compares (at least) one of the three file related dates to your
last logon time, IIRC... i don't know if it is accurate to the minute but i
would expect it to be... once you logoff, the last logon date would be
updated and the file should not appear as new... i'll see if i can locate
more info...
