Well ... if I send Rogers to the DNS report address, they won't understand
it because there are words in addition to the colours ... but I'll try on
Monday when the full crew is back on site and I can get quick escalation to
second level support.

As for the rerouting to get different DNS servers, I'm just rushing through
... I'll try tomorrow after Easter dinner with Valerie's son, his wife and
their gorgeous 4-month old boy.
