That's okay.  I had to double-check their site to remember why I
rejected them in the first place.  The ones I priced from Digikey are
from Panasonic.

Nope, I'm just looking to do an "in-kind" replacement, as I wasn't sure
what the tolerance on that might be.

Got it in one.  They're clustered around the CPU and power supply
connector.  Soyo M7VKD.  Like I said, this thing was free.  Plus I got a
1GHz Athlon, 768MB of RAM, a NIC and an extra video card along with it.

I'm figuring on moving the drives and modem out of this machine onto
that board.  Slap a aspare hd and that vid card and NIC into this one,
and I've got a decent little Linux box for my older son to use for
homework.  Moving from this K6-2 450 to the Athlon ought to improve the
build times for the software packages I maintain at least a little bit.
