are you sure about that IP number? that entire Class A block shows up as
being reserved by the IANA as reserved... and if i recall correctly, that
entire block is used in internal networks when they use a Class A block for
their internal addressing... who is your ISP? i've heard of some that use
the reserved blocks on their internal networks and proxy or nat everything
for their clients... of course, it could be a machine in you home network
if you have one... hell, run nmap against it and see what OS fingerprint
you get back and possibly what ports it may have open ;)
