Not just before your isp but it isn't hitting your router.  Your first 
hop should be:
1  192.168.1.1               (192.168.1.1)  0 ms  0 ms  0 ms
What routes do you show in your tcpip configuration?  Does the 10. 
address show up there?  What do you mean that you are using 192.168.1.1 
for your routher and your localhost?  Just that your ip is 192.168,1.x?
