     HIP HIP HOORAY!  it seems that i am now not the only one on the echo
that thinks that a craft should have some function other thatn just being
looked at.  It is so nice not to be alone.  [ i must admit that the garden
is primarily to be looked at,  but "That's Different"  huh?]
   I'm glad that you like my work, but i think you would have to back up
some to be only 1/4 as good at them as i am.
   My sympathy for the loss of you Dad.  I was unable to get Fido from Nov.
to Feb..  So i hadn't heard.  I hope your mom is at least comfortable.
   I started mowing today.  It should have been done before but we have been
on the road so much [lots more coming up] that i just haven't made it.  We
have a number of flowers in bloom, but the big push doesn't come for another
two months.
   You might want to check out a book on birdhouse building from your lib.
I do know that many birds won't move into a house that i too BIG.  You might
need to subdivide the rooms of your doll house and make a separate hole into
each division, sort of an apartment house.  Also the size of the entry holes
will determine what kind of birds you get.
