Tasm.exe may be a 32bit exe, but there are plenty of assemblers that will
produce 32bit OS/2 code. Microsoft MASM 5.1+ (a 16bit OS/2 program itself)
will produce true 32bit flat OS/2 code just fine.

Watcom's new v10 compiler comes with a "WASM", but it is pretty
weird (does not appear to be masm compatible; but I haven't had time to
delve into it).
