Why only 3883 cps with the 33600 bps connect?  That's a bit slow.

Nice little exercise, but I don't think that Paul makes too many outbound
calls, and certainly very little in the way of STD stuff.  Of course, the
same would still apply to his inbound STD and ISD callers.  Good point
though.
