I'm not sure if this is the right approach - for the most part, the
only messages you should send explicitly are user messages, or similar
messages such as bogus WM_CONTROL or WM_COMMAND messages. Other messages
get sent as the result of some other action and shouldn't be sent directly.
In the case of WM_SIZE, you should be doing a WinSetWindowPos() instead
since WM_SIZE itself doesn't resize a window - it notifies a window that
it's already been resized.
