No, he is definitely capable of change.  He proved that again today.  A
while back he made up a rule about saying "lie" in his echo, as a result of
all the lies he got caught in.  And he made up a list of words and phrases
that he considered synonyms of "lie," such as created, made up, invented,
and so on, even though they don't have the same meaning as "lie."  But when
one of his buddies used the phrase "tall tale," he ruled that it is NOT the
same as "lie."  Just one more example of why "clown"
and "klahn" are pretty
nearly synonyms.
