Probably.  I think that one I can get in town but I am not sure if they'll
have one with a male end.  As a rule they tend to be female connectors
which it'll have to be for the scsii HD.

I found a MM adapter down in California (go figure eh?) that looks like
what the doctor ordered.  It is a 68->50 thingy.  I am not sure it is
the same as the female motherboard connector though.  These are a tad
smaller then what I am used to seeing on scsii connectors.  I am going to
have to check this out further before I am sure it'll work.  It is the
right idea being MM so that aspect seems to be obtainable.
