The federal views on pot smoking, whether for medical reasons or simply for
having fun doing so, pretty much originated with a racist swine in the
1930's, the head of the DEA at that time named Harry Anslinger.
Just look him up.
And look up the things he said about how blacks react under the influence.
The biggest reason the feds, and most LEO still bust people for smoking a
little weed, is money.
Yes. Money.
LEO's get lots of money from the feds so they can get lots of toys they
want.
Not only that, LEO's get to keep cars, boats, houses, etc that they seize
if they find a couple seeds in the house.
Meanwhile, the feds spend 2-3 times as much on busting pot growers and
smokers, than they do on meth producers and smokers.
And meth is simply dangerous. No matter how much is used or produced.
